We understand that picking the right color might be a bit difficult when choosing from a computer screen, so we are happy to exchange your unopened BELLAMI Hair Extension set for a set of the right color within thirty (30) days of you receiving your order. Due to hygienic reasons we only exchange items that have not been opened, worn or tampered with. **Be sure to include the TESTER portion from your set of BELLAMI’S as it is part of the full set of extensions! We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges of hair extensions that have NOT been opened, worn or tampered with. You may exchange your Bellami Hair Extensions order ONLY if they have NOT been opened and not taken out of the packaging within the 30 days of receiving your order. BELLAMI Hair Extensions are packaged with a special security seal which identifies if the extensions have been taken out of the cardboard backing to which they are attached. Bellami hair can only do returns for sets with in the same range, If you wish to return your set for a different set range your exchange will be treated as a return.Why are BELLAMI Hair Extensions non-exchangeable if opened?
Human hair extensions are a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients. We are not alone; other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons.How can I exchange my hair extensions to the right color?
You must contact us first at (info@bellamihair.com) within the industry leading thirty (30) day exchange period.. All BELLAMI Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or an exchange will not be issued. All exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice. We will then provide you with our return address and instructions, which is in Los Angeles, CA, where the exchanged item will be inspected to see if you qualify for an exchange. Opened merchandise will not be exchanged.Do I have to pay for the shipping of my exchange?
You are responsible for all exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your exchange with a tracking number as BELLAMI Hair will not be held responsible for lost returns. Also, please indicate on package “RETURN, NO DUTIES” or your package will be returned to you ONLY if you are international. If you are in any way not completely satisfied with your Bellami Hair Care purchase we offer a full return on unused or unopened Hair Care products within 30 days of purchase. What is the return time frame? Returns are usually processed within 10 business days from the delivery date at our facility. You can expect your refund within 3-5 business days after your return is accepted and processed. The sooner you return your items, the sooner you will receive a refund. How can I complete my return? If you would like to return your Bellami hair care items please visit the returns portal linked below! A printable prepaid shipping label will be emailed, after confirming your return request. If you do not have a printer, you may bring your digital return code to any eligible UPS location and they will be able to print a label for you. Free returns are subject to a full inspection of the Bellami product(s) purchased and returned by the customer. If the security seal on the main product(s) within any hair extension product, whether clip in hair extensions or ponytail extensions, we reserve the right to forfeit your return eligibility as it voids the warranty of your Bellami purchased product(s). Security seals can be defined as descriptive security seal tape(s) installed on packaged product(s), as well as security seals to prevent tampering or leakage for dry or wet goods and/or product(s) from the entire Bellami product assortments available for sale on BellamiHair.com. Free returns are also only accepted within a 30 business day window (Monday-Friday) from original date of purchase with proof of your order number, receipt and proof of inspection approval from our Logistics and/or Customer Services team(s).
